Meet your hosts

  • Kelly & Nick

Typically, the first person you'll meet upon arriving at West End Farm is Kelly. With nearly 20 years of experience and a successful career in the leisure and tourism industry, Kelly played a key role in helping her previous business achieve Lincolnshire Tourism's Holiday Park of the Year award twice. Seeking a better balance between work and family time, she discovered West End Farm for sale in 2024. Embracing the opportunity, Kelly found that running the Farm allowed her to combine her professional expertise with a fulfilling family life, creating the perfect harmony she had been searching for.

Nick, her husband, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from his own successful venture, East Coast Tree Services. A passionate angler, Nick loves to spend his free time fishing at the farm's fishing pond. When he’s not casting a line, you can often find him strimming the grounds, ensuring that West End Farm remains beautifully maintained for all visitors. Together, they ensure that West End Farm is a welcoming and well-kept destination for everyone.

  • The Kids

Nick and Kelly’s children are enthusiastic explorers and nature enthusiasts. Growing up surrounded by the beauty of the countryside, they cherish their time outdoors with Rossi and Lucy, the Farm’s beloved dogs. Together, they embark on adventures through lush fields and serene woodland paths, delighting in the freedom of rural life.

At heart, they are true homebodies, finding joy in caring for the Farm’s chickens and helping map out scenic trails for visitors. Their experiences at West End Farm not only foster a love for nature but also instil values of responsibility and care.

When indoors, the kids are enthusiastic Minecraft players who also enjoy expressing their creativity through drawing, crafting intricate art pieces, and building models inspired by their imagination.

  • The Farm's Dogs

Rossi and Lucy, the beloved pet dogs of West End Farm, bring joy and companionship to guests and owners alike. Lucy, a lively Siberian Husky, and Rossi, a gentle Labrador, warmly greet visitors with wagging tails and friendly demeanours, providing comfort at West End Farm.

These canine companions are avid explorers of the Farm's scenic surroundings, joining Kelly, Nick, and their children on long walks through sprawling fields and winding woodland paths. Lucy, who loves long hikes, leads the way with her boundless energy, while Rossi, more contemplative, enjoys observing the Farm’s wildlife and occasionally herding chickens with a watchful eye.

They explore nearby walks and help map self-guided routes from the Information Hub, contributing to the Farm's welcoming atmosphere. Rossi and Lucy love meeting new friends, both human and animal, offering friendly tail wags and comforting companionship.

Whether a sunny morning trot or an evening stroll under starlit skies, Rossi and Lucy embody country life at West End Farm.

At West End Farm Park, we are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and tranquillity of our surroundings while providing an exceptional holiday experience for our guests. Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously strive to minimise our environmental impact through thoughtful practices and initiatives. Here’s how we’re making a difference:

1. Energy Efficiency We have implemented energy-saving measures across our park, including LED lighting and energy-efficient solar outdoor lighting. Our goal is to reduce energy consumption and minimise our carbon footprint, ensuring a greener future for all. To further highlight our commitment, electric hook-ups are individually metered, allowing guests to monitor and manage their energy usage.

2. Water Conservation Water is a precious resource, and we are committed to conserving it. Our park features low-flow fixtures and rainwater harvesting systems to reduce water usage without compromising on guest comfort. Additionally, we have implemented a reed bed filtration system for natural wastewater treatment. This eco-friendly system helps to purify water by mimicking natural filtration processes, ensuring that we minimise our impact on the local environment.

3. Waste Reduction and Recycling We are dedicated to minimising waste and promoting recycling. Our park provides clearly labelled recycling bins for guests to use, and we actively recycle materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal.

4. Support for Local Wildlife We cherish the local wildlife that calls our park home. To support biodiversity, we maintain natural habitats and plant native species that provide food and shelter for birds, insects, and other wildlife. In our commitment to enhancing the environment, we have planted over 300 trees throughout the park, creating new habitats and improving air quality.

5. Sustainable Travel and Transport We encourage our guests to explore the area using sustainable modes of transport. Our park offers easy access to local walking and cycling routes, and we provide information on public transportation options to help reduce car travel and associated emissions.

6. Community Engagement and Education We believe in the transformative power of community and education. By partnering with local organisations, we promote sustainable tourism and support local businesses by sourcing materials locally. Additionally, we provide our guests with valuable information on how they can contribute to our sustainability efforts during their stay, fostering a shared commitment to preserving our beautiful environment. As part of our commitment to local and sustainable practices, we also sell fresh farm eggs from our own chickens, giving guests a taste of locally sourced produce and supporting our eco-friendly initiatives.

7. Dark Sky Initiative As part of our commitment to preserving the night sky, we minimise light pollution by using low-intensity, downward-facing solar powered lighting. This not only enhances the natural beauty of the stars but also supports nocturnal wildlife and contributes to a peaceful environment.

Join Us in Our Commitment We invite you to join us in our commitment to sustainability. By making small changes and embracing eco-friendly practices, we can collectively make a big impact. Together, let’s protect and preserve the beautiful surroundings of West End Farm Park for future generations to enjoy.

We look forward to welcoming you to our eco-friendly haven, where nature and comfort coexist harmoniously. Thank you for supporting our sustainability efforts and helping us create a better, greener world.
